Jaspall Swiss
Our role
Regulatory status and absence of financial advice
Jaspall Swiss Sàrl carries out a commercial activity relating in particular to projects and assets connected with agriculture, agroforestry and sustainable development.
The assets and rights offered by Jaspall Swiss are presented as tangible assets or rights relating to tangible assets, and not as financial instruments within the meaning of Swiss regulations, subject to the legal qualification specific to each operation.
Jaspall Swiss Sàrl does not carry out wealth management or collective wealth management activities and does not dispose of its clients’ assets under a management mandate. Nor does it act as a bank, fund management company or financial institution requiring authorisation in that capacity.
Jaspall Swiss does not provide personalised investment advice and is not intended to determine whether the acquisition of an asset is suitable for a purchaser’s financial, patrimonial or tax situation or personal objectives.
The information communicated by Jaspall Swiss about its own products, their nature, operation, ownership, management or characteristics is intended to allow the client to understand what is being proposed. It must not be interpreted as a personalised analysis of the client’s wealth or as an individual financial recommendation.
A decision that must remain independent
Although the assets offered by Jaspall Swiss are not presented as financial products, their acquisition may pursue a patrimonial objective and present certain economic characteristics that the purchaser may compare with those of an investment.
Any acquisition must therefore be the result of a free and informed decision.
When a person wishes to assess the place such an asset could occupy in their wealth, their financial capacity to acquire it, the risks they can bear or the tax, succession or patrimonial consequences of this acquisition, Jaspall Swiss recommends seeking the independent opinion of a duly qualified professional and, where regulations require it, one authorised or registered to provide the services concerned.
Depending on the needs and jurisdiction concerned, this may include a wealth manager, financial or investment adviser, bank, tax adviser, lawyer or another competent professional.
Introductions to professionals
Jaspall Swiss works with different professionals and may, where appropriate, facilitate an introduction to an interlocutor likely to support the client.
Such an introduction does not turn Jaspall Swiss into a financial adviser and does not constitute a personalised investment recommendation by Jaspall Swiss.
The professional concerned acts within the framework of their own skills, responsibilities and regulatory obligations.
A deliberate distinction of roles
This separation of functions is part of the Jaspall Swiss approach.
Jaspall Swiss presents and markets its assets and explains how they work.
The client decides whether to acquire them.
The wealth professional, when involved, advises the client within the framework of their own skills and responsibilities.
This distinction is intended to preserve clarity of roles between the seller of an asset, its purchaser and any professionals tasked with advising or managing the purchaser’s wealth.
